Two details to avoid a wasted trip. The street is Nacogdoches Rd (the official directory misspells it “Nacodoches”). And 3915 San Pedro Ave, still listed by the Texas Secretary of State, was a venue for mobile sessions, not the office.
For a DUI you'll need another consulate: the nearest centers are Houston and Dallas, both with same-day printing. If you already have a DUI, renew or replace it online at dui.sv/exterior for $55.
